Tags should sort alphabetically

I talked this problem over with Rick, thought i'd lodged a ticket also but can't find it.
The way tag clouds are currently sorted presents a usability problem. Because they are not alphabetical it is very difficult to work out where any particular tag should appear leading you to have to scan the entire cloud looking for it. As tag clouds grow this becomes quite painful.
I would like all tag clouds sorted alphabetically.
