Cannot mark ticket as ham or access it via link on spam page

There is a patch in Merb that cannot be marked as ham (I use Safari 3, nothing happens when you click on Mark as ham link) and Actual ticket link leads to

which shows Template not found.

The ticket doesn't exist anymore. I'll look into why spams aren't deleted with tickets, and also why the ticket not found page isn't working anymore.
For now, I just removed the spam record.
