Remove user accounts

We have 3 double entries for usernames on our account. I'd like to remove these duplicate accounts, but there is no feature to do so. Please remove holly.hagen, holger.strupek, and Steve Ohanians. If possible, remove the accounts that have not been accessed or were accessed at an earlier time than their duplicates.

Please email your account name to company@activereload.net with your account name.
If all the permission options for those duplicate users are unchecked on the access and permissions, they will not be displayed in your projects or used against your member count. However, there is not a way to delete them at this time.
Duplicate users if created at the same time will have to be manually fixed, it could be a bug with the updated invite system.

Chris, we recently deployed some bug fixes to Lighthouse, and I was curious if you are still seeing duplicate users in your account?
If so, please email us the details so Rick can peak under the hood and get that cleared away for you.

I am still seeing the duplicates. I'm not concerned about the number of
users, but I would like to delete the shadow accounts (those with no
projects assigned and hidden from view) to avoid confusion.

Chris -- one possible workaround may be to see if they are assigned to an archive project, and you may be able unarchived it and then remove the permissions and they should be removed from view.
