Global User Feed / Stalker Feed

Ahoy.
I was just adding a bunch of info into http://whoisi.com/p/1454 and I wanted to add a Lighthouse feed of all of my Lighthouse activity across all projects, but such a thing seems not to exist.
GitHub.com has a nice global activity feed of all of your activity across all your projects and accounts and everything. Any chance of adding something similar for Lighthouse?
Maybe even just a feed with links to all the projects that that user is a member of and has commented on or had any sort of activity on.
Ideally it would be like an aggregate of *.lighthouseapp.com/users/123

Yeah, I really agree with the feed not quite being what it could be. Project feeds alone are missing a lot of data. Maybe down the road we could get these beefed up. I'll have to speak to Rick about it.
