Deleted attachment doesn't go away

I deleted an attachment by mistake (and filed a separate ticket for the lack of a confirmation dialog), but now the file is listed in the sidebar, yet it's been deleted. I just get a 404 error when clicking the attachment.

    Indeed that looks like the case. Thanks for the heads up. I just replicated the issue like you said, so we'll look into it this afternoon and hopefully get a fix out before tonight.

    I think we've fixed this with the new inline attachment roll out.
