KML Download Attribute Name Probs

There are two problems I have found with the kml files downloaded from datasets.
First, if the original CSV has an attribute name "name", then the information does not show up in the kml.
Second you can edit the attribute names once, but if you go back later and edit the names again, the changes to not show up.
Both problems are true for old datasets as well as ones uploaded today. Since I had downloaded a kml yesterday and kept it up, I still have an example of what it looked like before. I will attach that. I will attach same kml the way it downloads today to another report because I cant seem to attach 2 files.
