Update to ticket failing
Reported by Michael Latta | July 19th, 2008 @ 01:02 PM
I keep getting HTML output from my put attempts that indicate an error occured. I have tried using curl and code to make a change. The change is to change the state of a ticket. I am logged in using my email and password, and a get request to the ticket works, but the put fails. I have also tried with the xml processing instructions also.

XML in the current version of a ticket is still not being escaped it would seem.

I resolved the issue with the addition of content type headers for curl. But the blanket "you have an error" result could really use some work for API references.
