Language bug in milestone name

There is a bug in adding milestone section. When you are adding milestone and write milstone name not in english (I'm using russian ) it says:
1 error prohibited this milestone from being saved There were problems with the following fields:
* Permalink can't be blank
Ok, i add it in english, but after that i can easy change it to russian again without problems. It's annoying that you have to first add it in english and later rename.
