projects.xml only showing public projects with public home page

If you set your account home page to be visible to the public, projects.xml no longer shows private projects and provides no means to access them. This can be worked around by temporarily disabling public viewing of the home page, downloading them and then re-enabling public viewing, as everything else still continues to work, but there needs to be some way of saying "I want all projects".

OK, this is causing another problem as I'm unable to add code to delete projects from Lighthouse Keeper that are no longer in Lighthouse as it would break this work around.
