Ticket not showing up in any search

Doesn't seem to show up in any searches at all.
This makes me very nervous about using lighthouse : /

Tom, last night an error was triggered within Lighthouse which cause the job queues to back up for several hours. This is a very unfortunate incident which we have been working to resolve since we were notified of the issue.
We've halted indexing the the job queues should be catching back up as I write this reply to your ticket.
Can you please check if your ticket has now appeared?

Tom, we ran into a few brick walls with our last deployment and have reverted back to our previous search system. Please let us know if everything is working OK.
