API - JSON: no body/body-html field for tickets

In the main part of a ticket and each version tag, there is no description field for the body of text entered by the user.
In http://lighthouseapp.com/api/tic... it shows a body and body-html element but these do not appear in the JSON feed.

See #834 for justification...
However, there's a weird issue with the way AR implements
@ticket.to_json(:include => :versions). It doesn't call #to_json on the associated records, so it uses the same formatting options as the ticket's.I have a fix pushed, just waiting for the OK to deploy it (we have some design tweaks and other fixes going up too). It'll be deployed today... or tonight at the very latest.
