email notifications linking to random subdomains

I'm getting notification emails that come through just fine and are sent to all the right emails. They have all the right content. But the links at the bottom are for random, incorrect subdomains.
My account is at http://code.lighthouseapp.com/ but the links in notification emails have varied from http://forumwarez.lighthouseapp.com to http://marblehead.lighthouseapp.com.
It's not a super problematic issue but it's pretty distracting and makes the links useless.
An example of a message that had a bad link in it is project #12286, ticket #145 message #43. The following hash is in the message body if you want to search the db: 1de7b2d26189e7fe24362c6374672b557faf3476

- → Assigned user changed from “” to “rick”

Just to give you an update on this, we're still looking into it. Yesterday we had some delayed travel plans and our timetable got pretty delayed.
I'll let you know more once Rick can take a look under the hood and see if there may be a bug. I skimmed through a lot of my Lighthouse stuff and came up short noticing a similar issue though.

Here's an example of an errant email. They're still going kinda wild. It turns out it's not just the link at the bottom of the email but the reply-to address also has the wrong account name encoded in it.
