Can't login via OpenID to help.lighthouseapp.com

If I go to http://help.lighthouseapp.com/login and try to login via OpenID, Lighthouse gives me this error: "Sorry, no user by that OpenID URL exists (http://igal.koshevoy.myopenid.com/)". I'm absolutely sure that this OpenID works correctly on other sites.

Do you have an existing account? I don't think I'm populating the support app's user DB from OpenID yet. I should definitely add that though.
