Can't find how to file bugs for Lighthouse

I spent 15 minutes trying to find a way to file a bug for Lighthouse using your public websites and failed. Eventually, after complaining on a list, Nicolas Sanguinetti gave me a direct URL to this Lighthouse instance.
A reasonable place to put such a thing would be on help.lighthouseapp.com. That help site has link it calls "Create a new issue", but it doesn't let you create issues -- it seems to be a misnamed link for creating posts about tips and announcements to a discussion forum.
It'd be much clearer if there was a link called "Create a new issue" that lead to a ticketing system's "Create a new ticket" form, and another link called "Create a forum post" that displayed the form for posting to the forum.

Well, essentially it is a discussion forum. The system is called Vox Populi, and it's being built as a web application support/discussion platform which integrates with Lighthouse.
We're going to cap off users abilities to use Lighthouse, and make it more developer/workflow driven where support is handled from Vox Populi and then tickets can be generated for Lighthouse.
I do agree though, the categories and options need to be reorganized. Most of the system was just carried over from the forum database, so we still have some restricting to do.
I apologize for your troubles, Lighthouse support/links are listed in the footer of Lighthouse accounts/projects, and is still listed as a forum link on the homepage.

Reorganized the categories in Voxpop to make it clearer there's a "bug reports" category.
