Add link to my open tickets on dashboard

It seems like it might be useful to link the "You've got X open ticket[s]" text under my name on the dashboard to the ticket search for my open tickets.

it would probably be more visually filling for that empty space..as far as functionality goes, you can always save a ticket bin so its always visible on your dashboard page
