sort tags alphabetically

I don't want to read through all the tags in the list. Please sort them alphabetically in the pick list to make it easier for us coders that work at 4am.

I thought this was in the LH 2.0 checklist, it's been highly requested so I'd guess it will be something considered for the next push.
