Show 'ticket was assigned to XYZ' on Overview

For the Overview/Dashboard pages, I am finding the 'Robby updated' entries to be a bit overwhelming as there is some useful information that we could extract from some of those updates.
Specifically, some tickets are just being reassigned to someone else. It'd be great to see entries that looked like
"Ticket Title..." was assigned to Chris Griffin by Robby Russell
rather than
"Ticket Title..." was updated by Robby Russell
This would make the Overview much more valuable to me as right now I'm just seeing a ton of 'updated by' entries without much more context.
