Ticket states don't accept more than one word

I'm trying to create a custom state called "in progress." Unfortunately, it seems like the custom ticket states only support one word states. It would be nice if they could accept multiple words and look for the "/" as the delimeter.

Yup indeed, it truncates after the first word. I can't think of many two word states, but it's pretty reasonable for that to work for the few that came to mind. I'll see if Rick can tweak this into the next LH push.
