Email From name customization

It would help us to interact with our clients to have the from address in the emails to be:
Adrian Madrid [support@lighthouseapp.com]
(the replier full name)
or:
Prefab Markets Support [support@lighthouseapp.com]
([account name] Support)
Instead of:
Lighthouse [support@lighthouseapp.com]
Four our internal purposes having an email coming from the previous address works just fine but our clients might not recognize/have a hard time getting used to seeing Lighthouse. Just to be clear, we are ok with the email coming from the email address support@lighthouseapp.com but we would like to customize the label (?). Does that make sense?

Yeah, that does make sense. There is quite a bit of customization stuff in the works at the moment, and I mentioned this to Rick after I read your ticket and I think it's definitely on top of the suggestion box pile.
