Ticket dependencies

It would be nice if it was possible to mark tickets as dependencies of another. This would make it easier to figure out the order in which tickets should be resolved.

This is basically the same as marking a ticket as a blocker of another.

    You can customize the order/priority inside a milestone, and use tags to clarify stages or priority as well. I don't see any specific dependency feature making it into the system anytime soon, as it's not under high demand at this point.

    This would be incredibly useful to me as well. Marking dependencies within ticket comments is tedious and time consuming to trace dependency trees.

    We've actually been talking about this. Putting backlinks in tickets (so if you say relies on #833 it'll put a note in ticket #833).
