Locked out of account

I just tried to log in to my Lighthouse. I was told that I was locked out (I had a Paypal subscription setup).
Following the instructions I went to Paypal to cancel the subscription before entering my card info. There was no subscription there.
I then tried to enter a new credit card, only to be taken to the "Sorry you've stumbled on an error" screen.
Can you let me know what I need to do to get my account back please?

Okay I fudged your account to give you a free month while I sort out this bug on the payments page. You should be able to access it now.

Sorry for repeating myself like that, I messed up the reply in my mailer - guess I haven't woken up properly yet.
