Ticket bins should display changes since last login

In the ticket bin menu on the right side of the screen, it would be useful to be able to see if there has been changes to the tickets matched, or if new tickets are matched. I imagine a small box in the right side would do the job -- inspiration from Facebook's way of displaying the new notification count in the chat bar wouldn't hurt.
The rationale is that some people, e.g. a designer, is only concerned with a subset of the tickets, and those can be matched with one or more ticket bins. Instead of having to browse through the news feeds of an entire project, he could be alerted when things that he might care about have changed.
