Account Payment Dates

Hi,
I've just upgraded my account to a paid account but the details state the following:
Your next payment $10.00, due on April 19, 2008
Your current plan Personal for $10/month, signed up on March 19, 2008
Bit a problem there, but more importantly will this mean I'm automatically behind on a payment?

Your payment/account should be fine if you just upgraded. I'll have Rick double check when he gets a chance, but you don't need to worry about it from the dates you received back on that page or in emails.
I'm not quite sure why it's wrong just yet, but it's the dates on LH that are incorrect, not our payment providers and their billing system. We should have this fixed/updated in the next Lighthouse update.
I'm sorry about the confusion with that. We'll get it fixed as soon as possible.

My account has since locked me out even though payment has been taken. I have clients who use my account and since they are now seeing a message:
This account has been locked. Please setup a subscription with a valid credit card or Paypal for $10/mo or downgrade.
It makes me look highly professional, may I suggest that the message is changed in someway?
I have sent a message to your accounting department regarding this but lockout have not heard anything back, can someone please look into this asap as we rely on this service and I have paid for it.

Where did you send this message to? I did not see an email from in my inbox, so it's possible it didn't make it across the wires at some point.
I'm terribly sorry about the inconvenience this may be causing you. We'll get this fixed for you as soon as we get to the office this morning.
