  let me know what's up. The only reason I ask for this is that I have our app create tickets when users submit feedback on the site. I wanted to be able to craft a mailto link within the ticket body so that I could just click it to fill out an e-mail and quickly respond to the user about their issue. Right now I deal with a lot of copy and paste.

  well, we talk daily, err hourly...but rick just went home, so when i get time for some brainstorming I'm going to bring it up. But we have some super-top-secret-i'd-tell-you-but-id-have-to-kill-you Lighthouse stuff in the works and your need just may reinforce it.

  yeah, I've talked to Rick before about my system and he wanted to do a write up.. then I got super busy.. I'd ask what's going on, but I like living so I'll wait...
