Payment Bug

I wanted to upgrade my account from free to Personal, using paypal as payment method. So i have been redirected o paypal, i logged in clicked ok, and then paypal sends me back to Lighthouse. But Lighthouse seems not to recognize the new payment, and says that the payment or somewhat is incorrect, paypal don't shows any payments to lighthouse, so i think something went wrong. The main problem is that since then my account is somewhat locked, i can't go back to free plan and if i redo the paypal payment, paypal comes with an error telling me that i already have a subscription running, but i dont!
I dont knwo if this is a paypal or a lighthosue bug, i hope you can help me, because i need my tickets back.

the paypal IPN's aren't getting through for some reason. I've unlocked the account for now while we investigate the issue.
