"stumbled upon an error" screen on roughly 50% of requests

error is resulting in duplicate tickets, etc. making general use difficult.

    David, I haven't had this issue as of yet, but I'll do my best to try to reproduce it so Rick can fix it.

    Are there specific things that result in the error? or is it at random?

    Ok, now I'm getting them too. I just sent a message to Rick and contacted our host, we're looking into it.

    This should be resolved now, I'll leave the ticket open until the morning though so if you experience this again, please let us know.
