Can't browse remote branches

I have a repo with the following branches

* master
  github-nominolo/master
  github/master
  origin/master

I only see 'master' in the branches drop-down, which means I can't browse and review upstream changes.

I've got a patch for this, I just need to do some work on it when it's
applied.
